Ragdoll Productions

– A full domain migration from Microsoft Windows Server 2003 to Microsoft Windows Server 2012.

The migration required project management, design, technical lead and implementation. The solution resulted in the provision of a complete SAN and virtualisation environment including an active directory domain migration and Microsoft Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 migration. The completion of the project included an automated backup and recovery solution with a full DR strategy and benefits from ongoing support.

Karndean Design Flooring

Karndean

– A new SAN infrastructure for a VMware virtualised environment with Disaster Recovery site and data replication.

This required project management, complete system design, technical lead and implementation. Specification of the SAN and virtualisation infrastructure was carefully planned so the business could migrate from a physical to virtual environment without disruption. We achieved full data replication from one site to another for disaster recovery purposes and to fulfil the requirement of the business recovery point objective (RPO). We worked closely with the internal IT team throughout the project to enable them to fully utilise and manage the new solution.

Shakespeare Birthplace Trust

– A new CRM and Ticketing system.

The customer required project management, technical lead and implementation across multiple sites within the area. A new virtualised infrastructure was designed and installed as the basis for the multi-server back end system followed by the roll out of new POS systems to all areas of this high profile business. Liaising with several third parties and vendors we completed hand-over of the project with full documentation to the internal IT department. We continue to assist the steering group on future development and provide ongoing support on a daily basis. Our close relationship has allowed both parties to develop and enhance the IT services which are provided to the end user base.
